Isabel (Izzy) is a New York-based documentary film and podcast producer. Recent work includes War Game, a “political thriller” documentary directed by Jesse Moss and Tony Gerber that premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and was named a New York Times Critics’ Pick; the Emmy winning Girls State for Apple TV directed by Jesse Moss and Amanda McBaine; and I’m Not A Monster, a two part docuseries directed by Erin Lee Carr for HBO with Imagine Entertainment. She has directed and produced two short documentaries: Renter Revolt: Housing and Human Rights in America’s Heartland, a short documentary for TIME in partnership with the Economic Hardship Reporting Project and the Pulitzer Center, and The Dog King of the Upper East Side, which won Best Documentary at the Brooklyn Short Festival.

Isabel has written and produced three episodic documentary podcasts for Audible and iHeart Media, including Fallen Angels: A Story of California Corruption, which charted to #2 on Apple Podcasts and won a silver Signal Award for Best Writing.

She has also worked across Jigsaw’s second season of Dirty Money on Netflix; VICE & HBO’s Emmy-winning news program, VICE News Tonight; and Netflix’s feature Britney vs. Spears directed by Erin Lee Carr.

She is a Producers Guild Member.
